This is posted to show the artist who thinks they can help us improve "The Look." We started with an AI-generated image and mocked it up on an Apple Podcast page. Many did not like the Android, and the girl's hair had some artifacts on top. A more friendly Android would be nice. In the story, he assists Kate Storm, one of the main characters, and saves her a few times.
One idea is to fix her hair and the robot. Replacing the area around what should be his mouth and a few touches would be good, or zapping him for a new one. The one in the current image, see above, is okay; I would rough him up a bit.
The other idea, well, that takes an artist.
"As a beta listener to this captivating new book, I've been on a thrilling journey every evening to the near future. This unique blend of entertainment and thought-provoking content is a refreshing addition to my list of books." Amy Lake
AI Ascending
Season 1 is set in a wonderful town with a mysterious past and an amazing collection of common-sense people powered by artificial intelligence we will all face sooner rather than later. One of the nice things stories provide is the possibility to venture into our future while still in the present.
In the series, which takes place worldwide, we will discuss the real challenges we will all face with technology as our world rapidly spirals out of what many say is our control.
SOME PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MENTIONED ARE REAL
In this dystopian adventure, our main character, Jack Storm, and his best friend, Kate, come to the town of Privacy, where Jack's editor has asked him to use his Investigative Journalistic Nose to figure out what's going on. Jack quickly finds there is more to his mission and a town built on privacy, which Kate calls a "quirky but amazingly simple setup that wants to monetize and sell everything you see and touch."
You will find most, not all, products and services are real; most of the artificial intelligence tech is based on a lot of experience Stanton drew from.
There are many challenges and benefits to working with an audiobook, including dramatic adaptations of chapters and scenes before publishing the book. The process offered some interesting twists that we only found out about after we started.

The why came about from a discussion with a company trying to explain the perils we face concerning our privacy on the Internet we all face today. Most people are unaware of how our own information is being used against us, not for our benefit. The once "Oh, I don't care what they do with our information" cry by users is resulting in the loss of personal freedoms while our information is weaponized and used against us.
In many cases around the world, young women are targeted and kidnapped into sex slavery rings as Sex Traders gain access to their "free e-mail" accounts they think are safe. We have supported the Brave Browser Project and Proton Mail for years, which take security above all other products and services of their kind. Both services offer VPNs, and Brave's search is powered by "Leo," their AI, which we have found superior to the legacy search engines. All can be trusted, and if you sign up for our free "Learning AI Together," you will understand how to use AI to benefit your life and make money.
Regarding browsers, I write "legacy" because the other search engines were based on taking your information first and then giving you results that bidders paid them to give. In his groundbreaking 1987 book "The Media Lab," Stewart Brand writes, "Information wants to be free." Even Steward could not imagine so many companies taking our information and weaponizing it as they have. When used correctly, AI takes our information back and gives us the results of searching the web to find the information we need.
How to use "correctly" AI is why you need to sign up for "Learning AI Together."
With that in mind, I had a story outline that addressed a modernized George Orwell 1984. The story is set in a dystopian future that could be our world in not too many years. With characters that take us along for a fantastic ride, we face an enemy that is real, and with AI, the world is changed. Everything you listen to or read in the first book of a planned twelve deals with technology and problems we have today or could have within not too many years.
So, where does AI come in with the book? All the voices in the recordings and media are created with AI, but never the words in the books. Any similarities to companies, products, or services are purely a work of my imagination and are not intended for anything other than entertaining and getting you to think.
In the upcoming book series Earth's Destiny, AI and the recent admission in Congressional Hearings about Alien Craft being real takes center stage.
I welcome the interaction if you have an idea, a thought, or direction. Good reading or listening. Stanton
. . . Launching into space soon. . .
The Washington establishment is now chomping at their teeth like Wolves at fresh meat and wants what they call "Their technology and intellectual property" back.
As the tension in Washington almost breaks, a reporter asks the stunningly beautiful First Lady Dagny Mace the question everyone wants answered, "Will your husband, the President, make it in the face of the media and government official's cries for him to resign? "
Dagny summarizes it in one sentence for the reporter, who didn't realize he had just tangled up with a mountain lion and wished to return the question.
Dagny stares, "James grew up in Texas breaking eleven-hundred-pound quarter horses before he finished junior high. He's a tough man; he's a good man. I don't think a bunch of politicians and talking heads will be too much to handle.
